first I took my computer, and put the SparOmeter in, then I was waiting 9 hours before, I took it out, then it used 1.4 watt, and it cost 19 kroner, a year.

That is really not much. If that is right, you have a very efficient computer
Try and check if it uses more when the computer is turnes on.What other items have you tried measuring, and what have you learned?
